Always remember to take some time to be conscious of your breathing.
Try inhaling at a moderately slow pace for 3 seconds through your nose, then exhaling out of your mouth for 3 seconds.
You can change up the seconds each time you do it ,depending on what you want.
It brings us into the NOW…makes us mindful of the moment, and helps us breathe properly and not take shallow breaths…
Feel the life force fill your lungs… it’s quite nice..and we take it for granted! :)
